Shamrock Irish pub in Bad Wildbad

Large portions are available at normal prices. You will definitely get full, but it's normal food - no star cuisine. The waitresses are quick unless it's full. The toilets are very clean. Due to the live acts and football match broadcasts, you may have to wait for a table. Outside there is a parasol and ashtray at every table. Guinness and Kilkenny are always cold. The selection of whiskeys is ok.

Today I was there once and I treated myself to a hot chocolate with balies it tasted very, very good the pub was really clean and very classically furnished a place to relax the waiters were also very quick and very friendly and my drink was very a lot of love prepared what one had known about the taste. It is definitely worth more visits to relax after a long day at work :)

Nice service in the quiet evening, where you could still enjoy Guiness or pale ale outside in peace.

Brilliant ladies serving everyone. The new owners are more focussed now on client experience. Music outside is Great. Very short walk from Bahnhof and service in English as well.

Quite a quiet place to grab a beer outside or hectic enough for a beer inside. The staff is super friendly, they speak German and English, beer is what stands out in addition to their staff, I recommend it

Pleasant friendly environment to watch sport and drink beer

We were in Bad Homburg for the seminar and when we were finished in the evening this pub was our first port of call. Very personable owner. Cool and good music. Great selection of drinks. And super cool set up. We will definitely come back after the next seminar !!

Food is good and restrooms are clean. Gives overall a positive impression but lacks just the live music!

Gem of a pub ! Lovely couple who run it, really welcoming and very interesting to talk to . Only popped in to dodge the rain but ended up having more drinks. Shame we had to leave when we did

Pleasant, a little slow service but only one person to serve and one in the kitchen ... I would say, too well! Right choice of German, Irish and even Indian dishes, various beers.

Wonderful, authentic Irish pub with great food, music and creamy Guinness!

Typical European version of an Irish Pub. Nice selection of Spirits. Guinness and Kilkenny from the tap. And a Irish Pale Ale, which I have yet to try. Smell of frying fat from the kitchen made the stay at the bar a bit less comfortable.

“Thank you” Irish Pub staff members for the ruined evening. For the Important football match we came there personally to reserve the table and the waitress assured us that our reservation is confirmed for 19.30. We came to the pub 19.34 and our table was already occupied with few guys who were already served and were drinking beer. After other 5 minutes we finally got the attention from the waitress who was avoiding to speak with us. She explained that we were late and she gave the table away. She told us to speak with her colleague, who made the decision. Her colleague just shut us down saying that she is to busy and she doesn’t have time to explain herself and we were kicked out of the pub. First of all, It’s a biggest nonsense that coming to you reservation 4mins late is treated as a no-show. On top of it, guys who was sitting there were already served and were drinking. There is no way they were there for only few mins. Lastly the second waitress was really rude and she has a leak of respect for the customers. Funny thing, we were few mins late, because we were getting money from ATM, because in the pub they do not accept cards.

Reservation was cancelled because we came few minutes late. Staff didn't even talked with us. She said that she doesn't have time for discussions because she is busy so we had to leave.

The personal is very friendly and they have good food. I recommend the people coming here.

Staff are great here, friendly and helpful

You wouldn't think it from the outside, but the Irish Pub Bad Homburg is an authentic one. It is in the town hall (!). It is all the more surprising when you enter. The atmosphere and the mostly English-speaking waiters make the drink of choice taste twice as good. Keep it up!
